Invoice Printing Format Designer

The Invoice Printing Format Designer feature enables customization of the printing format according to specific requirements. While a standard format is provided, it can be fine-tuned to match exact preferences. Additionally, printing formats can be designed specifically for preprinted stationary, and paper size can be customized. Logos can also be included on the printed vouchers.

Multiple Invoice Formats

Multiple Invoice Formats are supported, allowing the printing of customer copies and office copies in different formats or sizes.

Invoice Numbering Series

Invoice Numbering Series offers flexibility with different series for Cash Sales, Credit Sales, Export, Service Sales, etc.

Watermark on Invoice allows for the inclusion of a printed watermark as a background for the invoice.

Different headers can be set for the second page onwards if the invoice runs over multiple pages, allowing for different stationary designs.

GST compatible

The system is GST compatible, enabling the preparation of IFF (Invoice Furnishing Facility) Invoices and GSTR-1 files. These files can be imported into the GST Offline Tool and then uploaded to the GST portal. Additionally, GSTR 2B can be imported, and invoices not uploaded by suppliers or missed in AQURA can be checked.

Print Purchase orders as an Estimate Proforma

You can print purchase orders by designing printing formats for Estimate Proforma. This enables customers to make payments before the GST Invoice is issued. 

Outstanding Bills

Outstanding Bills feature provides a view of outstanding sales bills (all or customer-wise) with their respective due days, as well as outstanding purchase bills (all or supplier-wise) with their due days.

Multiple Price Lists

Multiple Price Lists can be maintained for different types of customers, such as distributors, dealers, special customers, and regular customers, each with their respective prices.

Prices lists can be quickly updated by importing CSV or spreadsheet files into AQURA.
